Overtones are the high, shimmering partials: lower them for a softer sound. Depth adds deeper tones one and two octaves below. Low tones are weak on phone speakers, so use headphones or a speaker with bass.

Slow breathing, around 6 breaths a minute, is the rhythm with the best evidence for calming the body. Follow the circle: it grows as you breathe in and shrinks as you breathe out.
